The Weeknd’s After Hours World Tour starts later in 2022 and there is still no dates for many countries.

The tour is more of an American and European tour with many countries not getting the chance to see him perform.

Countries in South America, Australia, South Africa and more are not mentioned in the line up.

Tickets which have previously been bought for the tour will remain active till the new dates.

Tickets for the new dates go on sale beginning Monday, Feb. 8 at 10:00 a.m. local time on his website.

This will be just hours after he headlines the Super Bowl half-time show.

After Hours Tour New Dates

The Weeknd’s After Hours till Dawn will now kick off in July with Doja Cat joining him on the U.S and Canadian leg.

It has also been announced that the tour will now be a Stadium tour and no longer an Arena tour.

“The Tour dates are moving and will commence in the Summer of 2022,” wrote the Blinding Lights singer on Instagram.

“Due to constraints of arenas and the demand for more shows I want to do something bigger and special for you which requires stadiums.”

There is still no news on the new dates for the European tour, however it is expected to be announced as soon as the others are announced.

The Weekend After Hours Tour South Africa

Earlier on, we had mentioned that South Africa was among the countries which the Weeknd’s After Hours tour left out.

However late in 2021, the singer announced that the tour will be coming to Africa.

This was seen on a poster that he had posted on his social media platforms.

It is still not known whether The Weeknd will be making his way to South Africa, however it is highly possible.
